We welcome applications from published careers writers in the UK to join our small, friendly and extremely supportive group.

Potential applicants will be invited to submit three examples of published writing connected to the careers sector, for example, about career development, careers education or career guidance.

Members pay a £40 annual subscription via bank transfer each March (or pro rata for new members joining part way through the year).

Being a part of the Careers Writers Association (CWA) offers members:

• Twice yearly hybrid meetings, including the annual AGM each November that members are expected to attend (in person or online).
• A platform to share their writing via the blog on the CWA website.
• Membership of the CWA private forum group, hosted on Discord, to share ideas, seek advice and discuss freelance writing.
